This 2 bedroom holiday villa (which can accommodate up to 5 people) is situated on the outskirts of the village of Yeni Erenkoy in the Karpaz area of Northern Cyprus. Situated on a large development of holiday homes, the local golden sandy beach, which is within a 2 minute walk, has a restaurant and is perfect for the family.
With the beautiful beach and marina of Yeni Erenkoy located only 100 meters away, this is the perfect beach holiday.
The villa has a fitted kitchen with cooking facilities, large fridge and microwave. The kitchen opens out onto the living room where you also have a dining table. Here you have the option of sleeping an extra person as the sofa opens out into a bed. There are terraces at the front from which you can enjoy relaxing evenings. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

There is a washing machine, which is housed under the stairs. All important for keeping a constant supply of beach towels! The marble stairs lead up to the first floor and to the front of the property you have a balcony from which you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee. On the first floor are two bedrooms (one double bed and 2 singles) There is also a toilet and a fully tiled shower room.
Local activities: Diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, snorkelling.

The village is only a 5 min drive away, and here you will find a variety of places to eat or you can always explore and find lots of sandy coves and beaches and make up a picnic from the local shops.
Kapaz is a conservation area in north cyprus\\\' The Karpas peninsula has been called the nature reserve of Cyprus for birds, wild flowers, and sea fossils are to be found everywhere. Moreover, numerous picturesque beaches, both sandy and rocky, are said to be the best in the whole island. With also pine, cypress and maquis covered hills reaching an altitude of about 1,000 metres makes the Karpas region almost a perfect natural reserve site of the whole island.
